About Brittany
Brittany’s love and passion for nutrition and dietetics has come from her love of sport and cooking, which is still a major part of her life. Her special interests are sport, gut health, disordered eating/eating disorders, and preventative nutrition.
Brittany is currently working as a dietitian within the AFL (North Melbourne Football Club), and has worked within the VFL (Northern Bullants Football Club) and NAB League (Eastern Ranges). She has also been able to work collaboratively with dietitians at Melbourne United, Melbourne Football Club, Richmond Football Club and the Victorian Institute of Sport. With her passion being in performance nutrition in all aspects in their lives.
Brittany always brings a calm, safe, and judgement-free space with all her clients for best patient-centred care. With a focus on gaining trust with each client to rebuild their trust within their own body’s cues.
