Drawing on her experience as a carer, Rosie hopes to assist you with your administration from a place of understanding and empathy.
Whether this be over the phone, email or maybe even having a giggle with you from behind the Eat Love Live reception desk, Rosie aims to make your experience at Eat Love Live feel
comfortable and safe by providing person centred customer service care.
In her personal life, Rosie is an avid social justice advocate and is currently studying towards a degree in politics and communications. Rosie applies this social justice lens to her work at Eat Love Live, hoping to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
One of the first points of contact for those calling or walking into the practice, Michaela loves creating a warm and welcoming environment for clients at Eat Love Live. Whether it's sharing where her latest earrings are from or handing her therapy dog in training (Hugo) over the reception desk for a cuddle, she loves bringing a smile to people's faces and a sense of calm.
From her own lived experience, she knows the courage and strength required to seek and continually 'show up' for eating disorder support, and is honoured to work alongside clinicians and clients doing such powerful, life changing work.
With a background in communications, Michaela hopes to amplify the incredible work Eat Love Live's clinicians do on a daily basis via the practice's social media channels and digital platforms and is passionate about challenging people's perceptions of eating disorders, disordered eating and toxic diet culture.
