About Kelly
Kelly is a friendly and empathetic Dietitian with a range of experience working in public and community mental health settings.
Kelly is passionate about supporting people of all ages and backgrounds living with an eating disorder, disordered eating and body image concerns. This includes working with young people and their caregivers to build a positive and peaceful relationship with food and eating.
She recognises how our society and diet culture can normalise disordered eating and enjoys unpacking why food has become complicated and supports clients to gain a new perspective on how to nourish their bodies and busting food myths.
Her practice follows the principles of the non-diet approach and is HAES (health at every size) informed to support people with their often tricky relationship with food. She focuses on creating a supportive environment to support clients to work towards their nutrition goals in a curious and compassionate way.
When not at Eat Love Live, Kelly supports young people with eating disorders and their caregivers attending a specialist eating disorder day program.
Kelly engages in regular clinical supervision and reflective practice to ensure she provides high-quality care to her clients.
She enjoys supporting people of all ages living with an eating disorder, disordered eating and body image concerns as well as general nutrition concerns.
