About Laura
Laura is passionate about helping people of all body sizes care for their health in ways that feel sustainable, compassionate, and free from diet culture. She particularly enjoys supporting those living with chronic invisible illnesses and understands how challenging it can be to navigate complex, overlapping symptoms. Through a warm and non-judgmental approach, Laura helps clients find practical strategies that work for their unique circumstances while building a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Laura also has lived experience with chronic invisible illness and ADHD, bringing both professional expertise and personal understanding to her work.
