About Marina

Welcome and Hello! I’m Marina.

I’m an eating disorder dietitian who cares deeply about helping people find more peace with food, their bodies, and their health. During my time at Eat Love Live I have worked with all kinds of eating disorder presentations and understand how these experiences often overlap with other co-occurring conditions — like neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, body image concerns, digestive issues, chronic illness, women’s health conditions such as PCOS or endometriosis, POTS, and diabetes and blood sugar management.

I have particular interests in working with people who are neurodivergent and those living in higher-weight bodies. My work involves dismantling ableism and anti-fat biases, which can deeply compound distress and create additional barriers to care. I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported without judgement, and I’m committed to creating spaces where clients feel safe and understood.

By zooming out to see the bigger picture, I’m able to map out a pathway forward and support my clients step by step as they grow stronger foundations of trust, confidence, and connection with food and their bodies.” I deeply value lived experience and tailor every step of the process to the individual. My work is rooted in non-diet, neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and fat-positive frameworks, helping clients reconnect to themselves in a way that feels sustainable, supportive, and empowering.
