This webinar and worksheets may bring up more questions and concerns than answers.
The Eat Love Live Dietetics Team Are here to help.
They can hold a space for you to further reflect and explore your relationship to food and body, health concerns, GLP-1 agonists in relation to you and/ or alternatives to GLP-1 agonist. Eat Love Live Dietitians provide individualised support with compassion.
Please note we do not actively encourage weight loss; however, we do hold space for clients experiencing body distress and facilitate balanced conversations regarding GLP-1 medications from a nutrition perspective. We are also able to comprehensively assess for disordered eating and eating disorders and provide ongoing nutritional care for clients who choose to take GLP-1 Agonist with health and or weight loss goals.
We can support people who choose to take GLP-1 agonist. We can ensure nutritional adequacy and support in management of side effects. We will celebrate improvements in health outcomes but we won't celebrate weight loss.
