| | Megan is a Registered Psychologist supporting adolescents (15+) and adults to feel seen, understood, and feel reconnected with their authentic self. She understands that starting therapy can feel daunting, and prioritises creating a safe, inclusive and compassionate space where you feel genuinely welcomed and respected. Megan works collaboratively, valuing your expertise in your own life while gently exploring what sits beneath the surface with curiosity and care. She is known for her warm, authentic and creative presence — embracing the messy, complex and very human parts of life with respect and openness. Megan has worked across schools, private practice and workplace mental health settings, supporting individuals, running groups, and conducting assessments. She is particularly passionate about supporting people experiencing disordered eating, eating disorders and body image distress, and recognises the intersection of these with trauma, neurodivergence and gender identity. She draws on evidence-based approaches including CBT-E, SSCM and DBT, integrating evidence-based practice with compassion and understanding shaped by lived experience. Megan is equally passionate about supporting people navigating trauma and PTSD, burnout, identity exploration, neurodivergence (including Autism and ADHD), and challenges related to self-esteem and core beliefs. She tailors therapy using CBT, ACT, attachment and schema-informed approaches, EMDR and solution-focused strategies to suit each individual. At the heart of her work is a commitment to meeting you where you are and walking alongside you. Megan believes therapy is not about leading or pushing, but about honouring your unique journey and being meaningfully present in a way that supports lasting change.
